Deep, Systemic Support for Leaders of Living Practices
I work with group-practice owners and leaders who are tired of patching one problem at a time while the same patterns keep resurfacing somewhere else.
My work lives where structure, culture, leadership, people, and the internal experience of running a business collide.
We look at the whole system, name what is actually happening, and make practical changes that your business and the humans inside it can hold.
How I Work
I work at the level of the whole system.
We start with what is actually happening - not the polished version. I pay attention to structure, culture, leadership, people, power, and the patterns everyone has learned to work around, because the visible problem is rarely the whole problem.
From there, we make the work concrete. We identify what needs to be decided, clarified, rebuilt, practiced, or stopped so the practice can function without requiring the owner to carry everything.
The work is candid, practical, and specific to the practice in front of me. There is no generic five-step answer, but there is a real path forward.
Ways to Work With Me
EOS Masterminds
(strategic, structured, and stabilizing)
A small, yearlong working group for group-practice owners who want an operating rhythm that helps people see, decide, and act (without turning the practice into a machine or leaving the owner as the answer to every question).
For six months, we build the rhythm. For the next six, we diagnose and repair the places it refuses to stick. The practice owner may bring one consistent leadership partner to the live meetings, and additional named members of the leadership or implementation team may receive recording-and-resource access.
Enrollment is application-based and limited to eight practices.
1:1 (Private) Consulting
(focused, candid, and case-by-case)
Private consulting is for a practice owner or senior leader who needs close attention on a real operating, culture, leadership, or people problem, and does not need another generic answer or an open-ended coaching relationship.
Depending on the issue, the work may be one deep-dive session or a short, contained sequence with a clear focus. I take on 1:1 work selectively based on fit, scope, timing, and capacity.
There is no promise that a space is always open, but there is a clear way to ask.
Occasional Work
(intentional, responsive, intimate)
Some things happen when the work calls for them. I may open pop-up Q&As, focused trainings, facilitation days, small-group immersives, or other experiments.
Those offers are genuinely occasional. They are not the only way to work with me, and I am not going to pretend that joining my email list is the same thing as having a consulting path.
The email list is still the best place to hear about those openings, new resources, and what I am thinking about in real time and as I feel the pull to share.
Why Leaders Work With Me
I see business in systems, not fragments.
My brain runs fast and in layers.
I track the emotional, structural, cultural, and strategic threads of a practice at the same time: patterns, power, leadership gaps, team dynamics, operating friction, and the things everyone has learned to work around. This isn’t conscious, it’s just how I see the world and engage with it.
I don’t care about polishing the story before we look at it.
I care about understanding the actual forces driving the chaos, stagnation, tension, or dependence in the business. And, more importantly, helping you see them clearly enough to respond differently.
This is not formulaic consulting, CEO hacks, or a temporary patch. It is close, systemic work for leaders who want a business that can hold both structure and humanity.
Where to Start
Choose the path that matches the work.
If you want to build and sustain an EOS operating rhythm with a small group of practice owners, start with the EOS Mastermind.
If you need focused private support around a specific business problem, ask about 1:1 private consulting.
If you mainly want to hear about pop-ups, trainings, and future experiments, join the email list.
