Structure Without the Soul-Sucking.
You can put every role on a chart and still have every meaningful decision come back to you. You can track the numbers without using them to make a different decision. You can hold a weekly meeting and still leave the real issue for the conversation afterward.
The Integrity at Scale™ Mastermind is a yearlong program for owners and leaders who want to build the structure their business needs and learn how to make it work with the people inside it.
We start by building a foundation: a shared direction, clear ownership, useful information, and ways to turn decisions into action. Then we stay with the work as you use it, notice what isn't holding, and figure out what needs to change.

Build the Structure Your Business Needs
For the first six months, we meet twice a month for 90 minutes. There's a teaching sequence, time to work with what you're learning, and a practical next step to take into your business.
We'll work on:
Direction. Where the business is going, what you want to preserve, and how that informs decisions about hiring, services, growth, and your own role.
Roles, ownership, and authority. What work needs to be owned, who owns it, and what they can decide without coming back to you.
Finances and useful measures. What you need to know to sustain the work, make commitments you can afford, and notice trouble while there's still time to respond.
Priorities, meetings, and processes. How important work gets chosen, discussed, and carried through, including what happens when it's off track.
Employees, culture, and feedback. What people need to contribute, what your everyday decisions teach them to expect, and how concerns reach someone who can act on them.
Marketing that fits the business. What you're promising, who you're attracting, and whether their experience matches what brought them to you.
The Integrity at Scale™ Model guides our work with the business as a whole. Within its Structure component, I regularly draw on the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) and Gino Wickman's Traction®, alongside my own experience putting those tools to work in my business. We'll examine how the structures work, how to use them, and what else needs attention when a sensible tool meets an actual business.
Stay With It Long Enough to Find Out What Happens
During the next six months, we meet monthly for 90 minutes to work through the problems that become visible through use.
The person with clear responsibilities still can't make a decision. A measure gets updated every week, but nobody responds when it changes. People say the culture feels different, and you need to understand what they're experiencing before deciding what to do about it.
We'll examine the actual situation. Is the responsibility clear but the authority missing? Is the workload possible? What happens when someone disagrees, makes a mistake, or tells you something you don't want to hear?
I'll teach, ask questions, offer a perspective, and help you work out a response. Other participants bring experiences that can reveal a pattern you couldn't see from inside your own business.
You try the change, see how the organization responds, and use that information to decide what comes next. Over time, you're developing your own ability to recognize and work through these patterns.
Leave With Work You Can Keep Using
The aim is a business with clearer ownership, priorities people can act on, numbers that inform decisions, meetings that address real issues, and processes people can use.
It's also a better understanding of how those things affect the people doing the work, and how those people shape what happens next.
We close the year by reviewing what's working, what needs repair, and where to focus over the next 90 days.
Who This Is For
This work fits owners and leaders with enough responsibility and authority to make changes, and enough happening in the business to put the learning to use.
You might be building your first leadership structure or trying to understand why the one you have isn't working. You don't need an established leadership team or prior EOS experience. You do need a willingness to examine your own leadership, hear other perspectives, and take practical action between meetings.
