1:1 Consulting

Private consulting gives us room to get into your business together. We can look closely at what's happening, think through what you want to build or change, and work out how to put it into practice.

My work is grounded in the Integrity at Scale™ Model, but I don't come in with a preset answer to a problem we haven't examined together. What looks like the same issue in two businesses can have very different roots. The people, history, and circumstances matter, and they shape what will actually help.

What It's Like to Work With Me

I'll want to understand how you're seeing things, and I'll tell you what I'm seeing, too. I'll ask questions, teach, offer a perspective, and help you work through the details. If something doesn't add up, we'll talk about it. You're welcome to question my thinking right back.

There's room to be candid, get a little stuck, have a good laugh, and arrive at a different understanding than the one we started with.

Then we do something with it. That might mean mapping responsibilities, shaping a leadership role, working out how feedback gets heard and addressed, or preparing for an important conversation. We'll consider both what makes the change workable and what the people involved will experience.

You put the work into practice between sessions. When we meet again, we look at what happened: what helped, where things got stuck, and what that tells us about the next step.

A Scope That Fits the Work

Before we begin, we agree on the focus, scope, schedule, and investment. You'll know what we're working toward, how we'll spend our time together, and what you're responsible for putting into practice.

My work with clients has ranged from three sessions to 12 months. Some questions need a focused stretch of work. Often, we're working through several connected questions or areas of focus, and a decision in one area affects what we need to do in another. We make room for those connections and for the time it takes to design changes, introduce them, and work through how the business responds.

Let's Start With a Conversation

Tell me what you'd like help with and what you're hoping our work could make possible. We'll talk about whether my approach fits and what working together could look like.
