Inside the Living Practice
A monthly membership for group practice leaders who give a shit about leadership, culture, and systems.
This membership is officially closed.
Inside the Living Practice ran for a season that felt deeply alive, aligned, and genuinely useful — and it did exactly what it was meant to do. It supported leaders, sparked clarity, and created a small community that cared about the real work: culture, leadership, feedback, boundaries, conflict, hiring, retention, and the human side of practice ownership.
And now? It’s complete. Not paused. Not “maybe one day.” Simply closed. Finished. Sunset.
I won’t be reopening this membership, and I’m not taking new members.
What I am doing is continuing the work — through podcasting, teaching, and creating new offers as they emerge organically (not on a forced schedule and not on an arbitrary content treadmill).
If you want to stay connected and be the first to know when something new is born, the email list is the only place I will announce anything I create, open, teach, or release.

Why It Existed (and Why It Worked)
Leadership in group practice isn’t a checklist — it’s human, emotional, layered, and (often) lonely work. Inside the Living Practice was a space built for leaders who were navigating:
the messiness of team dynamics
the tension between supporting people and keeping the business upright
the constant friction between pace, capacity, and clarity
the burden of culture stewardship and leadership visibility
the reality that “putting out fires” is not a leadership strategy
It blended the Living Practice Framework™ with real-time support, grounded tools, and conversations that didn’t pretend leadership is simple.
The space served its purpose, and now its season is done.
What It Used to Include
(For reference only — nothing here is currently available.)
Monthly targeted trainings
Monthly Q&A calls
A resource library of tools and templates
A private community of values-aligned practice owners
This page exists as a record, folks — not an invitation.
What’s Next (For You + For Me)
If you want to stay close to the work — the depth, the honesty, the systems, the culture, the whole ecosystem approach — then join the list.
The list is where I think out loud, share insight, and open things when and only when they feel truly aligned with my internal cycles and with what this community needs.
No sales pressure. No performative funnels. No constant “launch energy” (I can’t imagine anything worse, honestly).
Just depth, clarity, and the next right thing — when it’s ready.
